1. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ja88 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ja88 does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction, and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a player's use of the service where such use is prohibited by local law.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ja88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of email address, phone number, device, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed at ja88's sole discretion, and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your account lifecycle. ja88 may, at any time and without prior notice, request documentary evidence supporting the information on file — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

3.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your ja88 username or password with any third party.
• You must notify ja88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• ja88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• ja88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ja88 operates a comprehensive KYC verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Withdrawal processing will not be completed until KYC requirements are satisfied. Required documents typically include a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method documentation.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods

ja88 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and other payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at ja88's discretion and without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All ja88 transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ja88 does not apply currency conversion charges. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and are not within ja88's control or liability.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

ja88 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within a target processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within fifteen to thirty minutes subject to banking network availability. These timings are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by external payment network conditions.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Same Method: Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Pending Bets: Funds associated with unsettled bets are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant bet is settled.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

ja88 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures to withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7. Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation

All ja88 RNG-based games — including slot titles, table games, keno, and instant win games — use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and approved under ja88's international gaming licence. Game outcomes are not manipulated by ja88 or any third party.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction or network interruption during a game round or betting event, ja88's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ja88 platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.

• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals without ja88's prior authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 Player Responsibility

All wagering and betting decisions made on the ja88 platform are made by you voluntarily, with full knowledge of the risk of financial loss. ja88 is not responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the platform, regardless of the circumstances.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ja88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Identity, age, or payment verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is detected or suspected.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require account closure.
• The account is associated with self-exclusion or compulsive gambling protections.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own voluntary request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ja88's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ja88 platform shall first be subject to ja88's internal dispute resolution process.
